Photography Website Review
First, three very important statements to keep in mind regarding a photography website.
One: Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform are not suitable substitutes for a website.
Two: Your website is your "calling card" to a world of potential clients. Your website is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week and so it needs to be in top shape.
Three: You need your own website address. www.yourwebsitename.com

Over the years I have randomly viewed other photographer's websites - all from varyied genres. Even today I will see a photographer's post on Instagram proudly announcing their new website. When I click the link to view their website, and I do this, I think to myself, "you're going nowhere fast because the presentation of your photos is a jumbled mess." That's harsh to say, and even think, but from a business point of view, so very true. And here's a secret - my first website was the very same mass of confusion.

Your potential clients are super busy people, especially if you want to work with magazines, ad agencies and the like. These clients don't have the patience, understanding, nor the time to sift through a poorly organised photography portfolio website. If your aim is to work with the general public, like weddings for example, keep in mind people's attention span is about the same as my cat, Ollie. It's next to none. No matter who your dream clients are, a poorly presented website will result in zero clients.

The website review starts with you providing your current working website address.
If you do not have a website, this is perfectly fine. No matter, we start from scratch. After you sign up for the photography website review, email your web address to me. Or, simply say I don't have one.
Secondly, send to me up to 150 photographs (your photos) via a free service such as WeTransfer.
The images you share with me should be one's you would like to include on a website and one's you want clients to see. These are photographs that you want to sell or impress your clients to make them want to work with you. 150 photos is the maximum; you may send fewer if you prefer. And remember - send small file sizes for faster transfers.
Thirdly, share with me your goals for your photography and your goals for your website. What do you want to achieve?

When you commit to a website review, you will be taken to a screen where you will schedule a day and time. Please note: one hour of the session includes me viewing your website structure & submitted photographs and choosing the best of your best. I will also be reviewing the information I have asked you to share with me. The live video session is one hour. This is two hours total. Also note: I don't work with a timer during the live video session. Should our time go over one hour during the session, so be it. My goal is for you to get the most benefit from the service.

The Cost Of The Website Review Is $ 85.
